Stock orders received by 4 p.m.
shipping UPS, are shipped the same day. We
will notify you by e-mail when your order has shipped.
Shipping times for custom products vary, although
most ship within 15 business days. Please Contact

Shipping to Multiple Addresses
You may store an unlimited number of shipping addresses
on your account. When checking out, choose the appropriate
shipping address for your order. Only one address
may be associated with an individual order.
To duplicate an order and send it to a different address,
you may use the Fast
Reorder function, or reorder through your Order
History.

Charging Freight to My Own Shipping Account
During the Check Out process, you may charge freight to your
own account. Simply
enter your account number in the specified section
of the shopping cart.

Shipping Charges
Your shipping charges are based on the weight of the product
and your location relative to our fulfillment centers.
Most of our products are sent via UPS.
Oversized items are sent at
a 30 lb.or 70 lb. rate, depending on the package measurements.
Any individual item measuring over 130" in length or a complete order weighing over 200 lb. may be shipped via
Truck to reduce your shipping charges.
